We work with all editable files, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, among others. For non-editable formats, such as images, scanned documentation, etc., we can offer a transcription service that is charged separately.

Furthermore, as a client of Interleng, you will have access to a fully personalised and updated platform that allows you to access all your translation projects from your profile, have control over your expenses and send us all your translations, regardless of their size, quickly and easily.
One of our characteristics is the speed of response and also the speed with which we send projects. Delivery time may vary depending on the number of words, the complexity of the text, the language combinations or additional services such as the editing or desktop publishing of the document.
A professional translator can translate an average of 2,000 words per day, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and a larger number of words need to be translated within a tighter deadline. Such translations under stress and pressure are subject to a surcharge. We differentiate between express translations, which must be done on the same day and carry a 50% surcharge, and urgent translations, which have very tight deadlines and carry a 30% surcharge.
Once the translations have been completed, we will send them to you by e-mail or by post in the case of physical copies of sworn translations. Our translations maintain the format of the original text, although we can also return them in a different format if required. For our regular clients we have a platform called MyInterleng, where all translations, quotes and invoices are stored for them to access whenever they need them.

If this is your first project with us or if you are not part of a company, we will start the translation once payment has been confirmed. Bank transfers often take between 24-48 hours, so proof of payment by e-mail is sufficient for us to start the service. If you are a regular client, we will start the project immediately once the quote has been accepted and we will follow the previously agreed invoicing cycle.
When it comes to translating, we spare no expense in order to offer solid and reliable translations that are also subject to very demanding filters.
We only work with native linguists who are experts in the subject matter of the text to be translated and whose competence has been proven in previous work
Each translated text passes through our proofreading department, where a second specialised translator reviews and, if necessary, modifies the text.
To speed up and perfect the translation process, we use different computer-assisted translation tools (CAT tools), which store the work in translation memories, helping to maintain consistency between our translations and reducing both costs and delivery times.
